This 4-week beginner mountain biking course is designed for adults who are new to the sport or looking to improve their fundamental skills. Led by a PMBIA-certified coach, each 2-hour weekly session focuses on bike control, trail technique, and confidence-building in a supportive, small-group setting.

What Youโ€™ll Learn:

  • Proper body positioning for control and balance
  • Braking and cornering techniques for smooth riding
  • Climbing, descending, and rolling over small obstacles
  • Trail awareness, line choice, and confidence-building strategies

Course Details:

Adults who are new to mountain biking or want to sharpen their basic skills. Youโ€™ll need a proper mountain bike (no BMX or hybrid bikes) and should be comfortable riding for at least an hour at a time.
